These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tippr website and the purchase of goods from Tippr-UK. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Tippr-UK is a partnership trading in England (partners: Jordan Quayle and Shaun Thompson), of 6 North Fold Close, Tyldesley, Manchester, M29 8SE, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@tippr-uk.com or on 07821 444520 (WhatsApp only).
Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or errors in pricing or description.
A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Payment must be received before dispatch. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions.
Prices shown are the total amount payable for the goods. Delivery charges are shown separately and confirmed at checkout before you pay.
VAT
Tippr-UK is not currently registered for VAT. Accordingly, VAT is not charged on the goods and services supplied by Tippr-UK, and VAT will not be shown as a separate charge on our invoices or order confirmations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
Returns and Warranty
We accept returns in accordance with our Returns & Warranty policy. Please review it before placing an order.
Cancellation Rights
Consumers have a statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details, including the model cancellation form, are on our Returns & Warranty page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Business Customers
Where you buy as a business, the statutory consumer rights described above do not apply and our liability is limited as set out below. Goods are supplied on the basis that you have satisfied yourself as to their suitability for your vehicle or application.
Limitation of Liability
Tippr-UK is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant goods.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If something has gone wrong, email hello@tippr-uk.com and we will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. We do not currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme, so any unresolved dispute may be referred to the courts as set out below.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
